Nothing on this website is a quote. The work and any charges for a repair are only settled once we have discussed your appliance with you.

Your responsibilities as a customer

  1. 3.1When you contact us about a repair, please give information that is accurate and as complete as you can reasonably make it, including known faults, previous repairs and any damage.
  2. 3.2Before handing an appliance over, remove personal items and food, and drain water where it is safe to do so.
  3. 3.3You confirm that you own the appliance or are authorised by its owner to arrange the repair.

Diagnosis, parts and repair decisions

  1. 4.1Some faults can only be understood once the appliance has been opened and tested. Findings may therefore differ from what was expected from the symptoms described.
  2. 4.2We will explain what we find and will not carry out a repair that you have not agreed to.
  3. 4.3Availability of parts is outside our control. If a part cannot be obtained, we will let you know and discuss the options.

Collecting appliances

  1. 5.1Once we tell you an appliance is ready, or that you have chosen not to go ahead with a repair, please arrange to collect it within a reasonable time.
  2. 5.2If an appliance is left with us for a long period after we have tried to contact you, we may get in touch about what should happen to it, as permitted by applicable law.

Acceptable use of the site

  1. 6.1You must not use the website in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or that interferes with its operation or security.
  2. 6.2You must not try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or any connected system, or introduce malicious code.
  3. 6.3Automated copying of the site’s content in bulk is not permitted without our written consent.
