The route a repair takes

Five stops between “it’s broken” and “it’s back in use”. You’re kept in the loop at each one.

    Write to us with the appliance type, the model details and what it’s doing wrong.

  2. We reply

    We read your notes, ask anything we need to know and talk through next steps.

  3. Diagnosis

    The appliance is opened up and checked so the actual fault can be found.

  4. Your decision

    We explain what we found in plain words so you can choose how to go ahead.

  5. Repair & check

    The agreed work is carried out and the appliance is checked before it goes back to you.

Which appliances do you repair?

Our workshop regularly sees ranges and ovens, microwave ovens, dishwashers, laundry appliances, coffee and espresso machines, vacuum cleaners, steam irons and small kitchen appliances. If yours isn’t listed, email us and ask.

Why aren’t repair prices listed on the website?

Every fault is different, and the cost depends on the appliance, what has failed and what the repair involves. Send us the details by email and we’ll talk you through the next steps.

What should I include in my first email?

The type of appliance, the brand and model number (usually on a label or plate), a short description of the problem, and a photo or two if you can. The Contact Us page has a simple checklist.

Is it worth repairing an older appliance?

That depends on the fault, the parts involved and the overall condition of the machine. Once we’ve looked at it, we’ll share what we found so you can make the call.
